LET’S TALK ABOUT WHATS POSSIBLE
Why Invest In Leaders,
Why Now?
The data is clear: companies with more women and diverse leaders in senior level roles consistently outperform the market. Here’s why–
- Most industries are at a crossroads, requiring creative, stakeholder-centric approaches to meet today’s challenges.
- AI and automation are reshaping the workforce, demanding more adaptive, human-centered leadership.
- Culture gaps are widening, eroding trust, collaboration, engagement, and profitability.
- Retention costs increase as young, diverse employees opt out of cultures that don’t support them.
Empowered women and diverse leaders bring a natural “x-factor” to the table. Yet in the past decade, women in executive leadership have risen only 2%. And, women placed in these roles without adequate support are more susceptible to burnout. This is the leadership gap—and the opportunity.
Now is the time to invest in your high-potential leaders.

Our Approach
Why Guts & Grace is Different
Most similar leadership programs focus on one of two areas: Skills Building or Diversity Training. Guts & Grace adds the missing ingredient: Embodied Transformation – a cellular-level shift that turns insight into a new and lasting way of being.
We address what most programs miss:
- The hidden drivers of burnout that stem from internalized oppression
- The unconscious habits that sabotage true influence
- The internal barriers that prevent knowledge from blossoming into action
That’s why our graduates not only advance in their own careers, but also ignite innovation and measurable culture change across your workforce.
Our Focus
The Intersection of Resilience & Leadership
Guts & Grace fully integrates well-being and leadership development using tools from somatics, mindfulness, positive psychology and neuroscience to create lasting impact
In practice, this looks like:

Embodiment
Leaders learn to regulate their nervous systems, reduce stress, stay grounded and build resilience under pressure.

Empowerment
Leaders shift limiting narratives, heal trauma and step into authentic, confident self-expression.

Activation
Leaders channel vision into action, tackling real business challenges and driving mission-critical initiatives.

Inspiration
Leaders model, mentor and inspire others, sparking innovation and engagement across the company.
This unique approach ensures your leaders aren’t just learning new skills—they’re transforming how they lead, sustaining themselves, and inspiring those around them.
